
Armenian PM Meets New German Ambassador, Focuses on Economic Ties

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan welcomed Claudia Bush, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Armenia, the prime minister's press office reports.
Pashinyan expressed satisfaction with the active political dialogue between Armenia and Germany, highlighting ongoing joint projects in the economy, investments, tourism, and other sectors. He also emphasized the importance of attracting new German companies to the Armenian market.
Ambassador Bush assured the Prime Minister of her commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation during her tenure. She noted that the German government prioritizes deepening relations with Armenia and plans to explore opportunities for implementing mutually beneficial projects with Armenian partners shortly.
The meeting also addressed Armenia-European Union cooperation, recent developments in the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty discussions, the border demarcation process, and other key issues.
