Azerbaijan Welcomes More Ukrainian Children for Rehabilitation

On June 18, another 30 Ukrainian children were brought to Azerbaijan to receive social-psychological rehabilitation services organized by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
According to the Ministry, the children in the camp located in Baku will participate in national dance lessons and receive individual consultations from a professional psychologist.
"Later, the children will take a short familiarization tour of Baku city, where they will visit Icherisheher, the Shirvanshahs Palace complex, Maiden's Castle, the seaside boulevard, Ateshgah temple, and Yanardag monument. They will have an interesting time exploring these sites. In the following days, plans include group therapies, meditation and yoga exercises, psycho-social training, and master classes in national cuisine. The participants will also learn about the history and sights of Gabala and Sheki," the Ministry stated.
The Ministry emphasized that the 10-day social rehabilitation program aims to stabilize the emotional state of the children and facilitate their integration into society.
Notably, including the previous four groups, approximately 150 Ukrainian children have been brought to Azerbaijan to receive social and psychological rehabilitation services.
