
Erdogan Proposes Quadripartite Meeting on Karabakh

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan suggested convening a four-party meeting with the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan to discuss the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, as reported by the Russian RIA Novosti.
“We have proposed to hold a trilateral meeting, even a quadripartite meeting, on the situation in Karabakh with my participation and with Putin, Aliyev, and Pashinyan,” he told reporters before flying to the United States for the UNGA on Saturday.
Erdogan announced his intention to discuss the proposed meeting with Aliyev, stating there has been no response to Ankara's proposal thus far.
During a briefing with journalists, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan commented on Turkish President Recep Erdogan's proposal for a quadrilateral meeting involving Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia. Pashinyan stated that there are various proposals and ideas on the table, and he didn't want to single out any specific proposal. He emphasized the need to evaluate all proposals comprehensively.
