Ramzan Kadyrov Comments on Burned Koran in Moscow

Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, spoke about the first results of a check regarding a video in which an unknown person burned the pages of the Koran near the White Lake in Moscow.
"It immediately seemed suspicious to me that this video appeared after the issue with the construction of a mosque in Moscow was resolved. After all, the conflict has been settled, all parties have remained on their own - there is no longer a controversial situation. And then suddenly a provocation, which either Muslims or Orthodox does not need," Kadyrov said. He stressed that the desecration of the Koran - caricatures and others - is a calling card and a tool of Western liberal provocateurs.
"We started to understand. The first test results are already in. I am in touch with specialists and the leadership of the FSB [Russia's Federal Security Service], who are tracking the information trail of the distributed video. My specialists are also working. The Moscow Mayor's Office also used its resources. Techies already established that the video was sent to Ukraine even before it began to be replicated in instant messengers. It is not the first time for Ukrainian provocateurs to burn Holy Scripture in the same way that all liberal human rights activists in the West like to do. Shortly, the identity of the provocateur will be established, and he will suffer a well-deserved punishment," the head of Chechnya assured.
"Yes, there are emotions; I have them too. I am dealing with this issue, and I promise that the search for this provocateur will not be stopped," Kadyrov added.
