Ramzan Kadyrov: "Russo-Ukrainian War Will End Before End of Year"

Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, believes that the special operation to denazify Ukraine will be completed by the end of 2023.
"By the end of the year, the special operation will be over. The European states recognize the wrongness of their actions, the West will kneel, and, as usual, the European states will have to cooperate with the Russian Federation in all spheres," Kadyrov said in an interview with Akhmed Dudayev, Chechen Minister for National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press, and Information.
As previously reported by Caucasus Watch, on February 1, Ramzan Kadyrov and the representatives of the federal republic's law enforcement agencies discussed the special military operation [Russian war in Ukraine] and issues of ensuring the population's security. Kadyrov announced the need to intensify tactical training for military personnel and law enforcement officers.
