Ramzan Kadyrov Urges Muslim Countries to Support Palestine

On October 9, Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, asked the world community to unanimously make a just decision on the situation in Palestine for once. "I appeal to the leaders of Muslim countries - create a coalition and call on those whom you call friends, Europe and the entire West, not to bomb civilians under the pretext of destroying militants," Kadyrov said.
He called on Islamic countries to "say a word" to defend Palestine. "We support Palestine. And we are against this war, which unlike other conflicts can escalate into something bigger," the Chechen leader said.
He also called on all sides not to harm the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. "I myself have been to Israel. And our peace delegation has experienced attempts of blatant provocation. Therefore, I call for a halt to both the war and any form of escalation. If necessary, our units are ready to act as a peacekeeping force to restore order and counter any troublemakers," the Chechen leader said.
