
NATO-Georgia Military Exercise: Armenia Observes, Azerbaijan Participates, Georgia Hosts

From April 28 to May 8, Georgia will host the NATO-Georgia military exercise at the Krtsanisi base and the NATO-Georgian Joint Training and Evaluation Centre (JTEC). The exercise is designed to showcase the capabilities of JTEC and evaluate the operational readiness of participating brigades, primarily composed of Georgian and international military personnel.
The exercise will include participation from Azerbaijan, Albania, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Türkiye, and the United States, while Armenia will attend as an observer. It will be led by the Florence Command of Italy’s Vittorio Veneto Division, recently appointed to command NATO’s Southern Multinational Division.
