Akhmed Dudayev: US Sanctions a Badge of Honor in Chechen Service

On February 23, Akhmed Dudayev, the Assistant to the Head of Chechnya and Minister of the Chechen Federal Republic for National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press, and Information, responded to his inclusion in the US sanctions list.
Expressing his disregard for what he perceives as the policy of the 'Satanist leadership' of the United States, Dudayev sees his sanctioning as validation of his effectiveness in serving under the leadership of Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov, the first president of the Chechen Federal Republic and a Hero of Russia. He interpreted the sanctions as a signal that he and his team are on the right path, guided by the teachings of Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov, the current Head of the Chechen Republic.
Dudayev clarified that he has never had any assets or business interests in Western countries and has no desire to visit them. Despite his strong words against US sanctions, he emphasizes that his stance is not against the ordinary residents of Western European countries, who he believes suffer from the ideologies of their political leaders.
Dudayev asserted that he is indifferent to US sanctions, prioritizing avoidance of sanctions from a higher authority.
