Azerbaijan Sends More Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine

On March 20, Vladislav Kanevsky, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan, wrote on his Facebook account that Azerbaijan sent another humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
"On the eve of the beautiful Nowruz holiday, the delivery of the next batch of humanitarian aid from Azerbaijan to Ukraine - 13 tons of medicines and medical supplies with a total value of 360,000 US dollars - is very symbolic. We are deeply grateful to our Azerbaijani friends for showing solidarity with the people of Ukraine who heroically resisted the armed aggression of Russia," Kanevsky noted.
Notably, the total amount of humanitarian aid provided by Azerbaijan in connection with the crisis in Ukraine is more than 30 million manats. In addition, 90 Ukrainian children who suffered from the war and lost their family members were brought to Azerbaijan for medical and social-psychological rehabilitation.
