
Azerbaijan-Ukraine Trade Increases by 22%, Boosting Economic Ties

In the first eight months of 2024, trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Ukraine rose by 22 percent, reaching $335 million.
Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Yuriy Husyev announced this, emphasizing that this growth enhances economic relations, creates new business opportunities, and strengthens cooperation in key sectors such as energy, transport, and agriculture.
Official data indicates that the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Ukraine stood at $1 billion 82 million in 2021, prior to the onset of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
