
Chechen Leadership: Kadyrov Appoints Daughter to Top Position in Republic

On January 31, Khadijat Kadyrova, the 24-year-old daughter of Chechen head Ramzan Kadyrov, assumed the role of deputy head of the Chechen President's administration.
Ramzan Kadyrov shared on social media that Galas Taimaskhanov, the head of the administration, proposed Khadijat Kadyrova for the position of first deputy head of the administration for interaction with the social bloc.
Taimaskhanov highlighted Khadijat's accomplishments as the department head and her effective engagement with public organizations. He emphasized her active participation in significant nationwide forums and summits and her comprehensive understanding of domestic politics. Taimaskhanov expressed confidence in Khadijat's ability to achieve substantial progress in advancing the social sphere within her new role, which received approval from Kadyrov.
