Kadyrov Proposes to Create New Army To Counter Democratic Countries

At a presentation of a high-precision sniper rifle at the Russian Spetsnaz University on April 30, Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, said he would like to create an army to protect oppressed peoples around the world.
"Recently, I have been thinking more about creating a good army so that they can move to different states and protect peoples who infringe on those countries that call themselves the most democratic," Kadyrov said.
"This should be a trained army, consisting of people from all over the world, patriots, ready to give their lives not for a penny but for the sake of order," Kadyrov added.
