Ramzan Kadyrov's Assistant Warns Against Deviation from Cultural Norms on Social Media

On June 18, Khamzat Kadyrov, Advisor-Assistant to the head of Chechnya, addressed the users of the Chechen segment of the Internet with a warning that any deviation from the norms of Chechen traditions in social networks would be suppressed. A corresponding instruction was given to the leadership of the Republic's Minnatsinform in the person of Minister Akhmed Dudayev.
"Unfortunately, we are faced with the fact that some representatives of our society, getting into the World Wide Web, forget that they are Muslims and Chechens. I responsibly declare that any deviation from the norms of our traditions in social networks will be suppressed. Modern technologies make it possible to identify the owners of social network accounts, and we will make every effort to find such violators," Kadyrov said.
Khamzat Kadyrov added that in the future, the relevant authorities will work on spiritual and moral education for those who do not comply with the norms of traditions. "My dear father, the head of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Ramzan Kadyrov, is making titanic efforts to ensure that the younger generation grows up conscious and moral and honors the canons of religion and traditional principles. We will not allow anyone to violate the boundaries of our mentality with impunity anywhere! Be vigilant, and do not forget what kind of people you represent!" he called.
