Ruben Vardanyan Appointed as De-facto State Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh

Ruben Vardanyan, a social entrepreneur and billionaire, accepted to become the de-facto State Minister of the internationally non-recognized Nagorno-Karabakh.
As Vardanyan stated on his Telegram channel, at the start of November, he would formally take over as Nagorno-Karabakh State Minister, and then he would describe strategic goals and key tasks that his team would have to address, as well as tell the people about the first measures he would take.
Vardanyan noted that the one-and-a-half months of meetings with the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, its political and public figures, and representatives of various communities and social groups had convinced him that the people support his candidacy for the post of State Minister and want to see him as a responsible leader who will unite all the healthy forces around him and lead the actual work to pull the country out of the crisis.
