Saakashvili Urges 'Total Attack' Against Oligarchy in Georgia

At the event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Rose Revolution on November 23, Igor Narmania, the head of the youth organization of the United National Movement, read the address of Mikheil Saakashvili, the third president of Georgia, "We must launch a total attack on the oligarchy and remember that our total attack will have total international support. Here, the issue is exactly like this - either the oligarch or Georgia and victory. We choose victory, that is, we choose Georgia."
"The Rose Revolution firmly returned Georgia to the world map. With the Rose Revolution, we said no to corruption, crime, hopelessness, and Russia. This small Georgia was the first to dare in the CIS space, which is why the president of the United States came to Tbilisi and called us the beacon of democracy of the whole world," the imprisoned former president added.
"Remember, the difference between the regimes of Ivanishvili and Shevardnadze-Abashidze is only in the equipment of the special forces, but we also have more armor. Our armor is more experience, a much cooler new generation, and total support of the civilized democratic world. We must launch a total attack on the oligarchy and remember that our total attack will have total international support. Here, the issue is exactly like this - either the oligarch or Georgia and victory. We choose victory, that is, we choose Georgia," Saakashvili noted in his address.
