"It would be desirable for us if the servicemen of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army would join the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, because they are our compatriots and with their experience and military knowledge they can be of use to the country's armed forces," the deputy head of the military body noted.
"The Armenian Defence Ministry is currently studying the situation, and all Karabakh servicemen who wish to join the Armenian Armed Forces will have such an opportunity," Sargsyan said.
