Sergey Lavrov: "Azerbaijan Ready to Provide Guarantees to Karabakh Armenians"

At the news conference on European security, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Azerbaijan is ready to guarantee the rights enjoyed by other Azerbaijani citizens to the Karabakh Armenians.
Additionally, he emphasized that Russia had nothing to do with the burial of the OSCE Minsk Group and that it had been done by the French and Americans.
Earlier, Caucasus Watch reported that the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan refused to comment on the statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov regarding the OSCE Minsk Group. Answering the relevant question of journalists on the sidelines of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, Mirzoyan said that there would be no interviews. "But there will be a comment from the ministry," he promised.
