Stavropol Authorities Purchase EUR 5.1 Million-Worth Building For Combat Training Center
The Ministry of the Stavropol Territory for National Policy and Affairs of the Cossacks acquired a building for EUR 5.1 million as a center for military sports training and patriotic education.
According to the tender's terms of reference, the building's total area is almost five thousand square meters. A separate order from the regional government was signed for its purchase. At the same time, according to an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the cadastral value of the building is EUR 1.4 million.
Notably, the seller of the building for the "center of patriotic training" turned out to be Vladimir Tkachenko, the General Director of the Evelyn Management Company, who has been in the construction business for many years.
